Treatment Assessment Screening Center (TASC) is a private, non-profit, 501(c)(3) corporation headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. We are licensed by the Arizona Department of Health Services as an outpatient behavioral health clinic, domestic violence offender treatment program, clinical laboratory, and DUI screening, education and treatment provider. Founded in 1977, TASC of Arizona is known nationally as an innovator in the development and implementation of drug testing and behavioral health programs.
At TASC, we work to maintain long-lasting relationships with every individual and customer we serve. Our programs and services offer comprehensive solutions for life-changing, positive growth. With decades of experience and top-of-the-line technology, we serve a wide range of clientele in our communities, including:
