History & Mission

Founded in 1977, TASC of Arizona is nationally known as an innovator in the development and implementation of drug testing and behavioral health programs.

Treatment Assessment Screening Center, Inc. (TASC) is a private, nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. TASC is licensed by the Arizona Department of Health Services to provide outpatient behavioral health treatment and counseling including:

At TASC, we work to maintain long-lasting relationships with every individual and customer we serve. Our programs and services offer comprehensive solutions for life-changing, positive growth. With decades of experience and top-of-the-line technology, TASC serves a wide range of clientele in our communities, including:

TASC’s priority is to collaboratively work with those we serve to provide education, support, treatment and rehabilitation for individuals with behavioral health issues.

COMMUNITY

Community collaborations are valued and important to TASC. Staff participate in TASC CARES, a volunteer committee that supports activities beneficial to community partners and the families they serve.

From 2016 to 2018, TASC proudly piloted the TASC Community Grant Initiative. The initiative formed strategic partnerships with nonprofit organizations working in substance use prevention and intervention in Arizona. Emphasis was placed on providing community education to parents, youth and families, and increasing awareness and resources around the opioid epidemic.
